The people of Gölcük, who sent truckloads of aid to the disaster area after the Kahramanmaraş earthquake, sent firewood to the region to contribute to the heating of earthquake victims.
4 vehicles, including a truck full of wood prepared by philanthropists living in Gölcük Halıdere, reached Defne district of Hatay. The aid in the vehicles, welcomed by Gölcük Mayor Ali Yıldırım Sezer, was distributed to those in need in the Çekmece District of Defne District.
