Kabak, Kaya and Çayır families from Kahramanmaraş, who found their warm homes in the first year of the earthquake, expressed their happiness.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mehmet Özhaseki, who shared the happiness of earthquake-affected families finding their homes in his statement, said: “After the February 6 earthquakes, we came together and joined hands; We worked tirelessly for our nation. Huri Abla, Cuma and Musa brothers from Kahramanmaraş and their family found their safe and sound home. We, along with every citizen who moved to their new home, experienced a double holiday joy, thank God. My God; May we be able to live many more holidays together, in our homes, in peace.” he said.

Huri Kabak, who settled in TOKİ residences in Kahramanmaraş, stated that they are slowly overcoming the difficulties of last year's earthquake. Stating that their house is very spacious and beautiful, Kabak said, “We did not expect it to be this beautiful. Our state made it a double holiday by offering us these opportunities.” said. Expressing their satisfaction with the delivery of their houses within a year, Kabak said, “They are working day and night, without even celebrating the holidays, to deliver the houses, thank you. Thank God we are living in our new house. "We would like to thank our President, our state, our Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, our municipality, and everyone who has helped here." he said.

70-year-old Cuma Kaya, who settled in disaster housing in Kahramanmaraş, said that they did not expect their homes to be completed soon. Emphasizing that the state works without considering the holidays, Kaya said, “Our houses are large and very beautiful. I think it is also resistant to earthquakes. I feel safe while sleeping at night. I would like to thank our esteemed President and all the authorized people working in the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. May God bless our state. They have been with us since the first moment of the earthquake. “This holiday will be a double holiday for me.” he said.

In the earthquake zone, work continues intensively within the scope of the 'On-Site Transformation' project. Musa Çayır, who got their new home with 'On-Site Transformation' in Kahramanmaraş, said, "When our houses were destroyed in the earthquake, we applied for the 'On-Site Transformation' project and wanted our house in its place. We had a barn, a stable, a garden here. In short, we did not want to leave our country. We did not imagine that they would build our houses in such a short time. Thank you, our state did its best. We are satisfied. Our house has more, nothing less. It was perfect. "We would like to thank our President, all our ministers, our state and our nation." he said.
