Trainees who received training at the knitting doll workshop of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality received their participation certificates. Handmade knitted dolls produced by women from Antalya will be marketed all over the world and will provide income to family budgets.
23 female trainees, who received free training for six months in the knitted doll workshops launched at the Toy Museum in cooperation with Antalya Metropolitan Municipality City History and Promotion Department and Azemon Toys, successfully completed the course. Certificates of participation were given to the trainees who completed their training at the Marina Toy Museum workshop by the Metropolitan Municipality. In addition to acquiring hobbies in courses given by expert educators, women also work from home and provide significant income to their family budgets. Each handmade knitted doll is marketed all over the world through a toy company, providing income to trainees. The toys produced by women will be sold in many European cities.

City History and Promotion Department Head İsmail Oskay stated that they attach importance to the activities and trainings held at the Toy Museum and said, “We had a successful period in our knitted doll workshop for women, where they can spend time with their children. We continue our work in cooperation with Azemon toys, which ensure that our toys reach all over the world. We carry the labor of Turkish women to the world. Disadvantaged groups, families of martyrs and veterans, and any citizen who wishes can come here and learn this handicraft. "It is also important to make a significant contribution to the family economy, especially for housewives," he said.
