TEI, Turkey's leading company in aviation engines, was deemed worthy of 3 international awards for its occupational health, safety and social responsibility activities.

With the "Strong Women of Aviation" events organized within the scope of World Aviation Women's Week, TEI; She met with secondary school, high school and university students, and introduced the aviation and defense industry to young girls together with her female employees. TEI, which also hosted high school students studying in Eskişehir in its factory, showed female students how aviation engine parts are produced, its capabilities in this field and Turkey's national aviation engines on site during the facility tour it organized. TEI, not forgetting the women affected by the earthquake on March 8, International Women's Day, gifted bags prepared with products purchased from the earthquake zone to its female employees in order to support women in the region. TEI was selected as the "Enterprise That Values ​​Its Female Employees Most" for the 8th time by the "International Institute of Aviator Women" (IWOAW) with the activities it organized for female students during Aviation Women's Week and the opportunities it provided for its female employees. With this social responsibility project that it has been continuing for years, TEI also won the "Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility" award at the international "Communitas Awards", where the most socially sensitive social responsibility projects are evaluated.

TEI also won the "International Occupational Safety Award" in the world's most respected international competition organized by the "British Safety Council" in the field of occupational health and safety.
