TEI Sheds Light on the Future with Strong Women of Aviation!

Within the scope of World Aviation Women's Week, TEI's "Strong Women of Aviation" organized visits from secondary school to university and introduced the aviation and defense industry to young girls.

TEI, with the coordination of Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of National Education, carried out many events during World Aviation Women's Week. On the first day of the week, TEI officials came together with 7 students from 300 secondary schools and introduced TEI as well as the aerospace and defense industry. On the 2nd day of the events, female students from 3 high schools in Eskişehir were hosted at TEI. During the organization, female employees gave speeches to female students. Following the company presentation and industry introductory speeches, a facility tour was organized. In this tour, female students learned on-site how aviation engine parts are produced and TEI's capabilities in this field. Students also had the opportunity to see closely the unique and national aviation engines developed by Turkey's leading engine company, TEI. During the week, "Strong Women of Aviation" working at TEI also visited universities. Industry professionals met with Eskişehir Osmangazi University and Eskişehir Technical University students, introduced the aviation industry and TEI to young people, and answered questions about their career goals.

On March 8, International Women's Day, "Strong Women of Aviation" came together. Women's Day was celebrated for TEI women at the event. In order to support women affected by the earthquake, bags prepared with products purchased from the earthquake area were given as gifts to female employees.

TEI was selected as the "Company That Most Values ​​Its Female Employees" 7 times by the World Aviation Women Institute, with the activities it carried out in previous years and the practices it implemented for its female employees.
