Konya Agricultural Fair, one of Turkey's largest agricultural fairs, was held for the 05th time this year between 09-20 March. İnegöl Municipality took a group of 30 women farmers free of charge to the fair, which attracted visitors from all over Turkey.
Since the fair organization coincided with March 8, International Women's Day, İnegöl Municipality organized a free fair tour for the skilled hands working the city's soil. 6 women farmers from 30 rural neighborhoods went to the Konya Agricultural Fair on Friday, March 8, with the organization of İnegöl Municipality. During the agricultural fair tour organized for the purpose of examining the latest developments, technologies and methods in agriculture for the producers of İnegöl, the farmer women were accompanied by İnegöl Municipality Rural Development Manager Sinan Kağan and the directorate staff. During the trip, producers discovered innovations in agriculture.
Within the scope of the fair tour held at TÜYAP Konya International Fair Center, women farmers in Konya Center were also made to visit the Mevlana Tomb.
