Uraloğlu gave information about Yağdonduran Tunnel; “Our Yağdonduran Tunnel, which is 750 meters long, including 850 meters of tunnel and 717 meters of cut-and-cover structure, which we implemented in Yağdonduran Pass at an altitude of 567 meters; We built it as a double tube, bituminous hot mixture coated divided road standard. Our tunnel, which starts at 674 meters elevation, continues with a 2% slope and ends at 705 meters elevation. “The total length of the tunnel project reaches 5 kilometers including the connection roads.” said.
“We made transportation, which was disrupted from time to time, uninterrupted with tunnel comfort”
Uraloğlu stated that they made the transportation, which was occasionally disrupted during the winter months due to heavy snowfall, icing and blizzards, uninterrupted with tunnel comfort; He stated that they have established faster and safer transportation on the route, which is difficult to overcome, especially by heavy vehicle traffic by first climbing and then descending.
Our Minister underlined that thanks to the construction of Yağdonduran Tunnel and the work carried out on the existing road, they shortened the route by 2,2 kilometers and reduced the travel time from 40 minutes to 30 minutes; He said that they will save a total of 110 million lira annually, including 143 million lira from time and 253 million lira from fuel. Uraloğlu added that they will contribute to the protection of nature by reducing the carbon emissions of vehicles that harm the environment by 10 thousand 200 tons.

Stating that Sivas has a serious transit traffic load as well as local traffic, therefore they built the Numune Hospital Different Level Intersection at the intersection of the route connecting Sivas city center and Numune Hospital with the D-200 State Road, Uraloğlu continued as follows: He continued: “We relieved the region by making the stop-and-go traffic uninterrupted, where nearly 40 thousand vehicles pass every day, with signalization. We ensured safe and comfortable access for our patients, medical staff and visitors to Numune Hospital. We have established rapid transportation of ambulances and patient transport vehicles to the hospital, especially in emergency situations where time is needed. With our intersection, we will save a total of 191 million lira annually, including 5 million lira from time and 196 million lira from fuel. "We will contribute to the protection of nature by reducing the carbon emissions of vehicles that harm the environment by 396 tons."
