Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, who came to Bursa to make a series of visits, examined the Historical Bazaar and Inns Region Çarşıbaşı Urban Transformation Project, which was implemented by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Making a statement after the visit, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz said that they visited the Historical Inns Region to examine a very special project of Bursa. Stating that the region is actually the center of historical Bursa, Cevdet Yılmaz said, “The Historical Inns Region project was a project that our Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş promised in the last elections. Our president Alinur Aktaş, like others, did not forget what he promised after the election. He followed his projects day and night. This very beautiful work was created. I would like to express our gratitude to our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for his support in the project that revealed this historical texture. I would also like to thank our Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Of course, I congratulate those who contributed, especially our president Alinur Aktaş. A resource of more than one billion TL was spent on this project. This project was one of the best examples of central government and local government cooperation. Our president showed the old version of the area. It was a dump, so to speak. "Inappropriate structures were demolished and the historical texture was revealed," he said.

It makes a great contribution to the city's quality of life and people, and to its economy through tourism. Bursa Khans Region will also contribute to the city economy by attracting more local and foreign tourists. I am very impressed with this project. Such projects should become widespread throughout Turkey. The historical texture of cities should be revealed. This work will also play an important role in transferring our historical heritage to future generations. A child or young person visiting here will see and recognize its history. He will also see with his own eyes the works he reads in books. It will establish a connection with history. This work integrates the past and the future. "This is our understanding anyway," he said.
