Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Specialist Op. Dr. Cenk Melikoğlu announced that while Turkey is moving to the upper league in health tourism, it is also rapidly progressing towards becoming the world center for gender change operations.

Dr. Melikoğlu added that Turkish plastic surgery is known all over Europe and many patients come from Europe for aesthetic procedures such as breast, nose, tummy tuck and penis enlargement.
