President Erdoğan Met with Radev

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a meeting in Antalya with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who was in Turkey for the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

During the meeting, the latest developments regarding Turkey and Bulgaria relations, Ukraine-Russia and Israel-Palestine conflicts were discussed.

According to the news from the Directorate of Communications, President Erdoğan stated at the meeting that it is important to increase cooperation between Turkey and Bulgaria, especially in the defense industry and energy fields, and to develop relations in other fields. He stated that Turkey is ready to cooperate with Bulgaria in the fields of LNG export by road, experience sharing and renewable energy.

President Erdoğan said that Turkey prioritizes preventing conflicts from spreading to the region regarding both Ukraine-Russia and Israel-Palestine issues, and that it makes maximum efforts to solve the problems through dialogue and peace.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, MİT President İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun and Chief Foreign Policy and Security Advisor to the President Akif Çağatay Kılıç were present at the meeting.
