Ministry of National Education open education institutions secondary school exam was held electronically for the first time.
2023-2024 academic year 2nd term open education institutions secondary school exams started on March 1, 2024. The exam was held with the e-Exam method in 81 e-Exam halls in 330 provinces and 404 districts. Candidates were given 75 minutes for each e-Exam session. A total of 32 thousand 824 personnel took part in the exams. The appointment system for the exam, which was held electronically for the first time, was opened between 8-19 February 2024 (except for detained students, disabled students and students in the abroad program). 52 thousand 738 e-Exam appointment requests were received. In addition, the appointment system was reopened between 8-19 March 2024 for students who did not make an e-Exam appointment between 8-13 February 2024 to participate in the exam. The exam was held with the e-Exam method for the first time in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as in 81 provinces. The exam, which was held with the e-Exam method at the e-Exam center in Nicosia on March 16, 2024, with the participation of 56 candidates, was completed without any problems.
