Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, which attaches great importance to rural development as well as municipal services, continues its Project of Increasing Efficiency in Small Cattle Breeding, which it has implemented to prevent the decrease in productivity and quality in the flocks of citizens engaged in sheep and goat breeding. Within the scope of the project, grant support started for 19 breeding rams and goats to a total of 288 farmers, including 539 breeding rams for 33 breeders who applied from 61 districts, and 321 breeding goats for 600 breeders. In the first stage, breeding ram and goat distribution started in Acıpayam district. Producers benefiting from the project received their breeding rams and goats as a result of the draw. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan reminded that they have been carrying out such an important project since 2022 in order for small livestock producers to have a more productive herd.
Stating that they have delivered 689 breeding rams and goats to 378 families so far, and a total of 2024 breeding rams and goats will be delivered to 978 producers by the end of 50, Mayor Zolan said, “With more than 2024 projects, from seeds to agricultural irrigation, from beekeeping to pest control, Mayor Zolan said: We stand with our brothers. We will always continue to be there for our producers and farmers whatever they need. In 19, hopefully, we will provide 321 breeding rams and goats support to 600 producers engaged in small livestock farming in our XNUMX districts.
