Vote and Beyond Association, which called on all voters to upload their election minutes to the Oy ve Ötesi Minutes Service after the end of the March 31 elections, made the following statement:
“Even if you did not work during the day, it is your citizenship right to follow the counting and counting processes of the ballot box where you voted from outside the classroom after the polls close. Circular No. 138, Article 35: Counting and listing procedures are carried out openly. Those present at the polling place can watch the counting and tabulation. After the counting is completed, every voter from Turkey's 81 provinces can contribute to our transparent monitoring of the election process by uploading their minutes to the Oy ve Ötesi Minutes Service, a web-based application: tutak.oyveotesi.org.
