The Ministry of Internal Affairs organized the 9th "Crystal" operations.
In the "MAHZEN-6" operations held simultaneously in 9 provinces; Izmir'also Hasan Keser, Kayseri'de Barış Şengül (Snakes), 'Manisa'and Ömer Çakır, Muğlaand Yakup Çabuk (Çabuklar), Diyarbakir'and Oğuz Sorguç (Escape Abroad) and 'Erzincan'Minister Yerlikaya announced that 6 separate Organized Crime Organizations, led by Necat Koç, were collapsed and that 54 suspected members of the Organized Crime Organization, including the leaders, were caught during the operations.
Minister Yerlikaya underlined that they will destroy organized crime organizations of any size and bring them to justice, and gave the message: "Our operations against organized crime organizations will continue with determination at dawn and at dusk."
