Hatice-Azmi Nalbantoğlu Family Health Center, built in Yeniköy District with the cooperation of Melikgazi Municipality and philanthropists, is counting the days for its opening.
Stating that they worked hard to meet the needs of the citizens in Melikgazi and provided record services to the district, Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “In 2019, when we took office, we said, 'There will be no need for healthcare in our district until 2024.' We kept our promise and added 15 health centers to our district. We determined the needs of our neighborhoods and made efforts to eliminate the deficiencies accordingly. We started to build according to the needs of our neighborhoods and put them into service for the local people with our Family Health Centers, many of which we opened. Our aim is to provide our citizens with better quality and more comfortable healthcare services. Providing higher levels of service in the field of health in Kayseri and Melikgazi every day and being instrumental in this increases our happiness. We made all our health investments to ensure that our citizens living in our district receive more qualified health services. We also have 650 pharmacies right next to our fully equipped family health center, which we built on an area of 2 square meters in Yeniköy Neighborhood. Thus, our citizens will be able to meet their health needs in their own neighborhood before coming to the center. Our neighborhood people will receive service in their neighborhood. The family health center includes 4 physicians, clinics, medical intervention room, vaccination room and baby monitoring, pregnancy follow-up room, seminar-training room, laboratories and children's playground.
