Today, we produce electricity from the garbage whose explosions we see on television and which poison us. Since the day we became a Metropolitan Municipality, for dozens of services and investments, from the domestic waste transportation project by train, which is a first in Turkey, to intersections, from record-breaking asphalt works to infrastructure and superstructures, from wastewater treatment plants to prestigious streets, from modern sports facilities to rural development supports and social assistance, "We brought investments worth 11 billion lira to Manisa," he said.

BUDGET IS AT THE PEAK; MUNICIPALITY WITHOUT SSI AND TAX DEBT
Sharing the detail that they allocated 40 percent of the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality budget to investments, Mayor Ergün said, “The budget of our Metropolitan Municipality ranked first among 30 metropolitan cities in 2015; second in 2016 and 2017; third in 2018; fifth in 2019; First place in 2020; It also ranked fifth in 2021 and 2022.
