Beylikdüzü Mayor Mehmet Murat Çalık met at breakfast with the children studying in the day care centers implemented by Beylikdüzü Municipality and their families. Hundreds of students and their parents attended the breakfast program held at Beylikdüzü Atatürk Culture and Art Center. Mayor Çalık and his wife Zehra Çalık, who took care of the children one by one at the meeting, also listened to the suggestions and demands of the parents.
Giving information about the practices and projects he implemented in his speech, Mayor Çalık stated that they provide equal service to everyone living in Beylikdüzü. Mayor Çalık said, “I am a mayor who strives for our children,” and added, “A person's homeland is their childhood. A person who spends his childhood happily will do very useful things in the future. It is our responsibility to raise children as happy individuals. As the local government, I strive to do this. Everyone knows my sensitivity towards children. When they ask "Who do you work for?", the first thing that comes to my mind is our children. I will continue to work for children, youth and women to achieve better positions in this society. When you make children, young people and women happy and peaceful in a society, be sure that the society will also be happy. "I put our children at the center of everything we do," he said.

Stating that they will continue to produce projects that support the development of children, Mayor Çalık said, “We have implemented many projects in Beylikdüzü, from science to art, from technology to cultural centers. We built nurseries, mother and child centers for our children and their families. We breathed life into Beylikdüzü with its valleys of life and green areas. We made urban forests in Gürpınar and Yakuplu. "We deliver the products we produce in our Garden of Life to our neighbors in need," he said.

Reminding that they implemented a project that inspired the whole of Turkey with the Feeding Time application, Mayor Çalık said, “We set out to build a city where children could play peacefully in the streets, parks and gardens of this city. We will never give up on this determination. I will continue to work for mothers, children and youth in this city. No one should doubt this. Municipality is our job. They should not try to compete with us in municipality and municipal services. "They should never compete in Beylikdüzü," he said.
