Poster Inspection by Gebze Police

Teams affiliated with the Gebze Municipal Police Department started work on posters and banners hung without permission throughout the district. Police teams have increased their inspections against those who hang posters at many points such as electric poles, transformers, trees, walls, billboards, bus stops, direction and information signs in squares, parks, avenues and alleys where the public is concentrated, even though it is prohibited. The teams carry out checks in various parts of the city, collect one by one the posters that are hung randomly, without permission, contrary to the legislation, and create environmental and visual pollution, and also take legal action against those who do not heed the warnings. Stating that the inspections will continue, municipal officials called on citizens to report any negativities they encounter via 0262 642 04 30 and 153.
