The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure reported that the survey and project works of the Konya-Seydişehir-Antalya Railway Line have been completed and the construction process is currently continuing.
Konya-Seydişehir-Antalya railway line, which is among the biggest projects of Konya, was brought to the agenda of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. In its response to the parliamentary question, the Ministry stated, "Konya-Seydişehir-Antalya Railway Line, Survey-Project studies have been completed and the process for the construction of the line in question continues."
This development is considered an important step in the railway line that will make transportation between Konya and Antalya faster and more effective. With the completion of the project, it is expected to make positive contributions to the regional economy and tourism.
