Ankara Izmir High Speed ​​Train Line is Ready for Travel in 2027!

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that they have completed the new ring road project in Izmir and said, "I hope the high-speed train is coming to Izmir."

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu attended the opening of the Turkey Consultation Meeting with the main theme of "Logistics Sector and Future Trends in Focus on Sustainability" organized by MÜSİAD Logistics Sector Board at Balçova Thermal Hotel.

Minister Uraloğlu announced that they plan to build 2028 more kilometers of highway by 1780, increase the railway network of approximately 14 thousand kilometers to 28 thousand kilometers, and increase the number of airports from 57 to 61.

Explaining the investments in the project phase, Uraloğlu explained that the Izmir-Ankara High Speed ​​​​Train Project is 508 kilometers from Polatlı and is aimed to be completed at the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.
