Minister Uraloğlu stated that they removed the toll booth islands and canopies in the region in question and announced that they established SGS so that citizens can have fast and safe passage.
Stating that they are continuing their field arrangement works, Uraloğlu said, “Previously, we used toll booths to reduce the speed of traffic, but now this practice is replaced by free passage; Thus, we prevent the traffic congestion in this region. "While we plan to implement the Free Passage System in 5 different toll booth areas of Istanbul in the coming days, we aim to speed up the traffic flow." said.
