In the statement made by the Center for Combating Disinformation, "In accordance with Article 5510 of Law No. 28, in order to be granted an old-age pension to insured people within the scope of Bağ-Kur, they must not have any premiums or premium-related debts due to their own insurance, including general health insurance premiums, as of the date of their written request. This provision has been implemented since the date of entry into force of the Law. In accordance with the 57th article of the Social Insurance Transactions Regulation, in cases where monthly payments will be made within the scope of SSK and Pension Fund along with the services within the scope of Bağ-Kur, the premiums and all debts related to the premiums for the services within the scope of Bağ-Kur must be paid.
