Emphasizing the will of the people in his statement, Yontar said, “Although the Constitutional Court ruled on violation of rights twice, TİP Hatay Deputy Can Atalay was not released. During the days when the law and the independence of the judiciary were being discussed, the decision of the 2rd Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals was read in the Turkish Grand National Assembly and Can Atalay's membership of the parliament was dismissed. Today, the principles of democracy and the rule of law have been violated. The will of the Hatay people, whose right to live was taken away, was ignored. "Our legal struggle will continue against those who ignore the will of the people," he said.
