Tayfun Balıkçı, who became the mayoral candidate of the Republican People's Party by receiving the highest votes after the primary election in the Gulf, visited Izmit Mayor Fatma Kaplan Hürriyet, who was re-elected as a candidate by renewing her confidence in the primary election held in Izmit. President Hürriyet and Tayfun Balıkçı held consultations regarding the election process.
President Hürriyet congratulated Tayfun Balıkçı, who won the primary election in the Gulf. Hürriyet said, “We are working to bring social municipalism to all districts in Kocaeli.
