The draw for the ING Turkish Cup was held at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.

In his speech, TBF Men's Leagues Director Gökhan Sunter said, “I congratulate all our teams for their efforts in the cup participation process, which was fierce in the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League and 13 of our teams maintained their bets until the last match. Aliağa Petkimspor and Manisa Büyükşehir Belediye Spor will compete in the ING Türkiye Cup for the first time. Quarter-final matches will be played in the ING Turkish Cup on February 13-14. The winning teams will have the right to play in the Final Four, which will be hosted by Konya between 16-18 February.
