Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone Management visited the International Istanbul Furniture Fair held between 23-28 January 2024. OIZ Management visited the Kayseri OIZ industrialists and Kayseri furniture manufacturers who attended the fair and opened a stand and wished them success.
The Kayseri OSB delegation, consisting of Kayseri OSB President Mehmet Yalçın, Board Members Zafer Baktır and Nihat Bozkurt, attended both Istanbul Fair Center and Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, with nearly 138 exhibitors, 200 of which are located in Kayseri OIZ. He visited the Kayseri company and wished them good luck.
Making a statement about his visit to the Istanbul Furniture Fair, Kayseri OSB President Mehmet Yalçın said, “As Kayseri OSB management, we visited the International Istanbul Furniture Fair 2024, one of the world's leading furniture fairs. We visited all our companies from Kayseri, especially our furniture manufacturers in Kayseri OIZ, and wished them good luck. I would also like to thank the Kayseri protocol for their support by attending the opening of the International Istanbul Furniture Fair. It is very valuable that nearly 1000 companies from Kayseri participated in the fair where approximately 200 companies took part. Our Kayseri companies are present in approximately 5/1 of the fair. Kayseri once again proved its success in furniture and its leading position in the sector to the whole world through this fair. “I congratulate all our industrialists who have a share in this success.” said.
Mayor Yalçın said, “The whole world already knows the power of our Kayseri companies in the furniture industry, the majority of which are located in Kayseri OIZ. We had the opportunity to observe this power at the International Istanbul Furniture Fair. Kayseri furniture industry; On this occasion, we witnessed that they will not lose the first place to anyone with their production based on R&D and design and the different products they put forward. Kayseri's power as a locomotive in the furniture industry is an indication that we will reach new markets and break new records in exports in 2024.” he said.
In his statement, Kayseri OSB Chairman Mehmet Yalçın congratulated the Furniture Associations Federation (MOSFED), MOS Fuarcılık and Tüyap Fuarlar Yapım A.Ş. for organizing such an important fair. Mayor Yalçın thanked all companies, especially Kayseri companies, that participated in the fair for their contributions to Turkey's production, employment and exports.
