In accordance with the decision of the Public Servants Arbitration Board regarding the collective agreement, which includes the increase in civil servant salaries and civil servant retirement pensions in 2024-2025, there will be an increase in proportion to the inflation difference, in addition to the 2024 percent determined for the first six months of 15.
Retired civil servants, contract workers and civil servants will receive their increased salaries and inflation difference on January 15. SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will also receive an increase in their salaries in line with the inflation of the last 6 months of this year.
