Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar announced that Adana was included in the 2nd Stage Light Rail System Project 2024 Investment Program. Karalar said:
“Adana has been waiting for a long time; The 2nd Stage Light Rail System Project was included in the investment program with the approval of our President. On behalf of the people of Adana, we would like to thank our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, for including the project, which will reduce the transportation problem in our city, in the investment program. We will complete the 2nd Stage Light Rail System Project, which will go to Akıncılar Station, Kozan Street, Ege Bağatur Boulevard, Manolya Street, İlim Yolu Boulevard, DSİ TOKİ Residences, City Hospital, Fevzi Çakmak Student Dormitory, Çukurova University Balcalı Hospital and Stadium, in our second term.
