100 Years of Sea Journey: Atatürk and Republic Ships Exhibition in Izmir

"100 Years of Sea Journey: Atatürk and Republic Ships Photography Exhibition", organized by İZDENİZ A.Ş., a subsidiary of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, will be presented to the people of Izmir on the historical Bergama Ferry anchored at Konak Pier on January 24.

"100 Years of Sea Voyage: Atatürk and Republic Ships Photography Exhibition", which tells about the importance Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk gave to independence and maritime at sea, will meet the people of Izmir starting from January 24, with the organization of İZDENİZ A.Ş.

The exhibition, consisting of photographs and imprint information taken from the archives of maritime historian Ali Bozoğlu, was prepared in the light of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's words: "Those who control the seas will dominate the world." In the exhibition; There are photographs of the ferries, yachts and ships that Atatürk rode throughout his life, as well as the warships, submarines and assault boats he built for the Republic of Turkey Navy, and the passenger and cargo ships he built to improve maritime transportation.

The exhibition, which will be opened on the historical Bergama Ferry at Konak Pier, can be visited between 24-11.00 every day, including weekends, until March 19.00.
