Pako Stray Animals Social Life Campus, which was a home for 500 stray dogs at the same time, was put into service in Bornova Gökdere. A principle was signed in Turkey and a food production facility was established to feed the animals under protection in Pako Street Animals Social Life Campus and other shelters. 18 thousand kilograms of dog food was produced in the facility, which was put into service recently. The Metropolitan Municipality, which carries out many services from adoption to neutering, has neutered 5 thousand stray animals in the last 82 years.

The Historical Alhambra Stage opened with the play "A Catastrophe Celebration - Tavşan Tavşanoğlu" on December 15, becoming the second home of the City Theatres. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality introduced the "Street Artist Card" application for artists who want to freely exhibit their creativity on the street. Many new national and international art festivals were brought to the city. The 100th Anniversary of Our Independence Residence and the Village Institutes Memorial and Culture Residence were opened. 1 new libraries were opened, including 2 digital, 2 mobile and 8 ferry libraries. Additionally, within the scope of the "A Library for Every Neighborhood Project", libraries were established in 31 headmen's offices with 392 thousand 51 donated books.
