Muratpaşa Municipality is convening the third +0.5 Future of the Mediterranean workshop, which it initiated to draw attention to the climate crisis manifested by natural disasters such as increasing air temperature, decreasing natural resources, rising sea levels, irregular rainfall, drought, flood and hurricane.

This year's theme of the workshop was determined as 'Going Green', and its symbol was the protected sand lily. The slogan of the workshop dedicated to this white, showy and fragrant flower, which is a sun plant and is frequently seen on the beaches of Antalya, the 'Land of Light', especially the Lara dunes, was 'Let's keep the sand lily alive to live'.
