Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç examined the 'Kayseri Erciyes Geothermal Well Opening' works carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality on Mount Erciyes. Mayor Büyükkılıç said, “Testing studies continue. "We hope and believe that temperatures above 35 degrees, close to 36 degrees, and 5 liters of water per second will satisfy us," he said.

Hot water drilling works initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality to increase the potential of Erciyes and make it a center of attraction that can be used for 12 months continue uninterruptedly.

35,9 DEGREE HOT WATER VALVE OPENED

In Erciyes, where there is hot water of 385 degrees at a depth of 35,9 meters, it is aimed to go down to 420 meters and find hot water above 50 degrees. As part of the studies, testing of the water sent to KASKI Laboratory continues.
