After the pre-qualification tender for the construction of the Alikahya Stadium Tram Line to be implemented by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, the construction tender was started and 4 bidders participated in this tender.
After the bids from the bidders were examined by the tender commission, it was announced that the business partnership consisting of Sigma İnş.-Emre Ray Enerji-Fmk Ray İnş., which made the lowest bid with 628.503.748,80 TL, won the tender.
In the ongoing process, company officials were invited to sign the contract. However, when it was determined that the documents requested from the company were in violation of the legislation, the necessity of canceling the tender emerged.
Following this development, it was announced that the business partnership that won the tender will be processed in accordance with Article 44 of the Public Procurement Law and that the 18 million TL deposited as collateral by the business partnership will be recorded as income by the Metropolitan. It will be re-tendered by the metropolitan municipality as soon as possible.
