Erdogan, who took his oath in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on Saturday, June 3, announced the cabinet on a live broadcast in the evening. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the new Presidential Cabinet at a press conference at the Çankaya Presidential Palace.
Stating that Turkey has completed an election process that strengthens the strength of its democracy, President Erdoğan wished the elections, which were the scene of many firsts in the history of Turkey, to be beneficial.
Pointing out that Turkey did not just hold elections on May 14 and May 28, but also decided what the next century would be like, President Erdoğan said that together with the will of the nation, he also embraced its independence and future, and that the Republic of Turkey, with its state tradition of more than 2200 years, has a history of 1000 years. He emphasized that he showed that he will continue to flow in his own medium with the consciousness of the nation that goes beyond the centuries and the culture of living together for centuries.
Underlining that it is understood once again that no power can change the bed of this river, which has been making the Anatolian lands grow with love for 1000 years, President Erdoğan said:
“Türkiye is stronger today than yesterday. Our democracy is stronger than ever. Our future is brighter than before 28 May. I would like to thank each and every one of our more than 14 million citizens who have democratically expressed their choice to the ballot box in the 28 May and 54 May elections. I also congratulate our brothers abroad for fulfilling their responsibilities towards our country in both elections. I would like to express my gratitude to our 27 million 835 thousand citizens who once again deemed me worthy of the Presidency. I would like to thank our partners in the People's Alliance for their support.
On behalf of myself, my country and my nation, I once again express my gratitude to the heads of state and government who shared our joy and honored us by attending our inauguration ceremony today. I am pleased to see that our brothers, who are with us in our difficult days, do not leave us alone in our happy days. We will continue to walk shoulder to shoulder with our brothers in the Turkic Republics and our friends from all over the world.”
Emphasizing that they will not embarrass anyone who puts their hopes on the rise and strengthening of Turkey, President Erdoğan said that they are happy to receive two votes of confidence from the nation at the ballot box, with an interval of 14 days.

Expressing that they are proud to be favored by nearly 28 million citizens in the elections, President Erdoğan said: “We know very well that all these also impose a great responsibility on us. We are aware that along with our 85 million citizens, we also have the hope of the 100 million who pray for us.” he said.
"Just as we have not harmed the nation's trust until now, I hope we will protect this trust at the expense of our lives." Using his statements, President Erdoğan continued as follows:
“Based on the principles I expressed at our inauguration ceremony, we will work tirelessly in the face of difficulties, regardless of obstacles, for the unity, welfare, brotherhood, welfare and well-being of 85 million people. As the President of Türkiye, we will serve the whole of Turkey. I would like to thank our former cabinet members once again, with whom we have worked together, solved many problems together and overcame many difficulties together. As a 28th term deputy, I wish success to our colleagues who will continue their struggle to serve our country in the Supreme Assembly. These friends of ours have already written their names in history as cabinet members of the first period of the Presidential Government System, with the services they have rendered to our nation and the works they have brought to our country. I wish my Lord to be pleased with all of our former cabinet members.”
