Yılmaz Tunç (born February 1, 1971, Ulus, Bartın) is a Turkish politician.
He is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He completed his master's degree in Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Fiscal Law. Self-employed lawyer, Istanbul Bar Association CMK service employee, Pendik Municipality Council Member, AK Party Headquarters Political and Legal Affairs Vice President, Members of the board of directors in non-governmental organizations, TBMM XXIII., XXIV., XXV., XXVI. and XXVII. Term Bartın Deputy. He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Justice Commission. He was the Chairman of the Justice Commission between 2020-2022. He is currently the AK Party group vice president. He is married and has three children. The new cabinet announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on June 3, 2023 was appointed as the new Minister of Justice.
