The results of the public offering of Pacific Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. have been announced.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following information was shared: “The book-building process regarding the public offering of the shares of Pacific Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. was carried out on 6-7 June 2023 with the fixed-price book-building method. In the public offering, the unit price was announced as 25,00 TL, the shares with a nominal value of 34.000.000 TL offered to the public were sold, and accordingly the size of the public offering was 850.000.000 TL. In the public offering, domestic individual investors received approximately 2,3 times the final allocation amount and domestic institutional investors approximately 3,4 times the demand.”
