Physical works such as road construction, transportation, parking lot, lighting and green areas, and preparations carried out in many areas from land allocation to promotion have been completed. IMM teams will be on duty before, during and after the match in order for Istanbul to host the final of the giants stage in the best way possible. 25 IMM units will be on the field with 117 personnel. 500 IETT buses will be allocated for access to the match. Ticketed spectators and accreditation holders will be able to use public transportation free of charge.
The final match of the UEFA Champions League, one of the most prestigious sports organizations in the world, will be played in Istanbul. Atatürk Olympic Stadium will host the giant match, which could not be played in Istanbul in 2020 and 2021 due to pandemic conditions. IMM will be allocated 18 IETT buses for the UEFA Champions League Final, which returns to Istanbul after 500 years. IMM, which undertakes the general transportation planning at the fan transfer point, will allow ticketed spectators and accredited persons to use the buses and subways free of charge until 9 June, including 10-11 June, at 12.00:XNUMX.

IMM, which carried out the preparations for the Champions League Final under the coordination of the Youth and Sports Directorate, completed the work it started before the match. IMM also made arrangements for afforestation and landscaping around the stadium, the placement of additional lighting at necessary points, and the provision of temporary lighting and electricity in other areas. Assignments were also made regarding cleaning and waste management before, during and after the organization.
EMERGENCY TEAMS ON DUTY
Emergency and aid teams and municipal police teams will also be on alert at the construction site and stadium as of the preparatory work. It will assign a sufficient number of fire trucks and personnel to respond to fire incidents inside the stadium, in the stands and in the event areas.
