Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç SoyerEmergency Solution Teams, which were established after . Progressing with the steps of strategy, exploration, planning and execution, the teams meet the needs by addressing 11 metropolitan districts street by street. The teams, which have completed their projects and investments at 2020 points since 183, continue their work at 111 points.

Euphrates Nursery Living Park
The Euphrates Nursery, located in the Buca Fırat District, on an area of 30 thousand square meters belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality, was transformed into a Living Park, taking into account the opinions of the residents. The living park, whose construction was undertaken by the Department of Parks and Gardens, Department of Science Affairs, Department of Construction and municipal companies İZDOĞA, İZBETON, İZSU and İZENERJİ, hosts different usage areas.
Peker Park
Peker Park was brought to the region in line with the expectations of the residents after the sociological researches carried out by the Emergency Solution Teams in the Peker District of Karabağlar. A recreation area was created on an area of approximately 24 decares in Peker District. Currently, 300 students are being trained by football coaches in the park. In addition, various cultural activities are carried out.
Tulip Park
Lale Park, which was idle after the fieldwork carried out in Konak's Lale, Yenidogan, Küçükada and Vezirağa neighborhoods, was completely renewed with social participation. In addition, a 7-meter-high 300-meter-long retaining wall was built in an area of approximately 10 square meters. Social facilities and rest areas for families were created. The walking path, children's playgrounds and fitness equipment were renewed. Within the scope of Emergency Solution and President Tunç SoyerIftar dinner and festivities were held in the park inaugurated by . The carpet pitch built inside the park was transferred to Gürçeşme Kaya Spor to support amateur clubs.
Neighborhood Garden
The first application of the neighborhood garden, which is a part of sustainable urban policies, which is defined as the creation of a common future and the transfer of the values produced in the city to the next generations, was realized in Kadifekale. Within the scope of Kadifekale Neighborhood Garden Project, face-to-face interview method was used in 4 neighborhoods in Kadifekale. 105 residents of the neighborhood were interviewed. 95 parcel users were identified. Production activities continue.
Transport and infrastructure problems solved
Within the scope of the Emergency Solution Team, Karabağlar Bahriye Üçok Mahallesi and Bayraklı İZSU rain water line was laid in Emek District. Bayraklı Transportation has become easier by placing a bus line to Gümüşpala Neighborhood. Karabağlar Salih Omurtak Neighborhood bus stop was extended and Eyüp Ensari Mosque, which was damaged in the earthquake, was strengthened. Asphalt and cobblestone applications were made in the neighborhood. Metin Oktay Park, located in Konak Küçükada District, has been completely renovated. 16 playgrounds and green areas were arranged in Buca district. An orchard was added to the Karabağlar Bahriye Üçok District and a carpet field was built.
Work continues at 111 points
In the Karabağlar Abdi İpekçi District, the construction of the 3-storey Orhan Kemal Primary School with 32 classrooms, which is needed by the region, continues. The transportation problem of Konak Lale Mahallesi is solved with the İZBAN station. C part of Bornova Behçet Uz Recreation Area is being organized. In Karabağlar Limontepe District, the construction of a recreation area and a neighborhood garden continues. Children's parks and social facilities are added to Kadifekale.

The Emergency Solution Team, which includes representatives from each department and companies of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, has a very crowded and expert staff.
