TÜBA TEKNOFEST Doctoral Science Awards found their owners. The awards were given to the owners of doctoral dissertations originating from Turkey, which contain original thematic topics and were evaluated by the program's award committee and whose results were announced recently, within the scope of TEKNOFEST held at Atatürk Airport.

AWARD TO RESEARCHERS

Speaking at the award ceremony, Minister of Industry and Technology Varank said that as one of the two executives of TEKNOFEST, as the Ministry of Industry and Technology, they made very serious contributions to the festival. Explaining that there are competitions and various events among these contributions, Varank stated that they gave awards to researchers who wrote doctoral thesis on the main topics of TEKNOFEST.

INCREASED AWARD AMOUNTS

Hearing that the third prize was 30 thousand TL while the ceremony was going on, Varank said, “Our third prize was 30 thousand TL. Do you think it is enough? Do we need to increase it a little? As a result of the evaluation, the award winners were announced. In this context, Tuğçe Bilen, with her thesis titled "Artificial Intelligence Based and Digital Twin Assisted Temporary Aerial Network Management" at Istanbul Technical University Graduate Education Institute in the field of "Science and Engineering Sciences", in the field of "Health and Life Sciences" at Gazi University Institute of Health Sciences. Duygu Yılmaz Usta, with her thesis titled “Development of Solid Self-Emulsified Drug Delivery Systems and In Vitro-in Vivo Evaluations”, and in the field of “Social and Human Sciences” at Atatürk University Institute of Educational Sciences, “Autism Diagnosed Children and Typical Children by Adapting Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to Turkish Culture”. Sümeyye Ulaş won the first prize with her thesis titled "Examination of the Effect on Developing Children and Their Parents".

Furkan Özdemir, with his thesis on "Development of High Strength and Corrosion-Resistant Aluminum Alloys" at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Institute of Science, won the second place in the field of "Science and Engineering Sciences". Aslıhan Arslan with her thesis "Design, Optimization and In Vitro-in Vivo Evaluation of Accelerated Celecoxib Formulations", Osman Gazi with her thesis "The Lawful Use of Data in Artificial Intelligence Based on Machine Learning in Turkish Law" at Galatasaray University Social Sciences Institute in the field of "Social and Human Sciences". İlhan Fırat Kılınçer, with his thesis titled "Creating a New Artificial Intelligence-Based Security Model for Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems" at the Fırat University Institute of Science and Technology, in the field of "Science and Engineering Sciences", Ege University Institute of Health Sciences in the field of "Health and Life Sciences" Emre Özgenç with his thesis "Development of a New Radiopharmaceutical Kit to be Radiolabeled with LU-177 for Use in the Treatment of Breast Cancer", in the field of "Social and Human Sciences" at Süleyman Demirel University, Institute of Social Sciences, "The Changing Face of Intergenerational Violence in the Context of the Risk Society: Digital Violence". Hatice Oğuz Özgür obtained her thesis titled ”.

In the last 3 years, "Technology and Design, Information and Communication Technologies, Education, Health, Agriculture and Ecology Technologies and Biotechnology, International Relations of the National Technology Movement, Development Policies, Scientists applied with their completed and defended doctoral dissertations on “Educational Approaches, Security Policies”.
