Samsun STSO Arbitration and Mediation Center, which was established to serve the Samsun business world in business, commercial, consumer and rental disputes, was put into service with a ceremony. Arbitration and Mediation Center, which was established under the umbrella of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (STSO), was put into service with a ceremony.

Samsun TSO Arbitration and Mediation Center, which will serve the Samsun business world in business, commercial, consumer and rental disputes, was opened by the Minister of Commerce Mehmet Muş, Samsun Governor Assoc. Dr. Zülkif Dağlı, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Compliance Board Chairman Cemil Çiçek, Samsun Chief Public Prosecutor Mehmet Sabri Kılıç, TOBB Board Members and Presidents of Chambers and Exchanges from various provinces of Turkey. “Good luck to the business world in Samsun” Wishing that the Samsun Arbitration and Mediation Center would be beneficial to the business community, Samsun TSO Chairman of the Board Salih Zeki Murzioğlu said, "With the pace of commercial life and the accompanying changes, legal disputes are also increasing rapidly. As a result, a long and arduous process begins for the resolution of disputes. It is of great importance for the business world to resolve these disputes quickly, as they block the way of commercial life. It takes four years, optimistically, to resolve a case with an appeal, an appeal. Waiting for the outcome of a lawsuit that is expected to be resolved for years, interrupts the commercial life, and this can sometimes create a domino effect and bring the end of the business as a chain. At this point, the UYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center, which was established within TOBB regarding the mediation system initiated by our TOBB Head of Compliance, Mr. Cemil Çiçek, as an alternative solution during the Ministry of Justice, will now also serve under the roof of our Chamber. I wish the Samsun Arbitration and Mediation Center, which is an important part of this system, which is built on key criteria such as low cost, short-term results, confidentiality and reliability, and expertise, will be beneficial to our community.”
