Excavation works continue in the area where the A block of the project will be built. In B block, lean concrete casting has been completed. The teams continue their insulation production. The foundation concrete of the warehouse where the thermal water will be kept has been poured, and the curtain formwork continues. In the C block, iron reinforcement and formwork assembly continues on columns and curtains between -8.15 and -4.00 levels. 3. Basement concrete was poured on the basement floor. 10 THOUSAND 621 M2 CONSTRUCTION AREA
The facility, which is planned to be built in 480 days, will be built on an area of 10 thousand 621 square meters. The facility, which will be designed with aesthetic and traditional architecture, will include thermal pools, Turkish bath, sauna, family baths, relaxation areas, entertainment and activity areas. When the facility is completed, it will make a significant contribution to Kocaeli's health tourism and lead the development of the region.
