The Capsule Technology Platform, which was established within the scope of Konya Metropolitan Municipality to contribute to Turkey's National Technology Move, became the pride of Konya with its achievements at the world's largest science and technology festival TEKNOFEST. In TEKNOFEST 2023, Konya teams managed to win 24 cups, 11 of them came from KAPSÜL. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay congratulated the KAPSUL teams for their outstanding achievements and wished them continued success.
Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that they wish to raise a generation that will contribute to Turkey's National Technology Move and emphasized that they are carrying out important studies in order for children and youth to keep up with this age in the best way and achieve outstanding success in the age of science and technology.
Noting that the KAPSUL Technology Platform, which continues its activities in the Zindankale Campus, prepares young people who are interested in science for the future of our country, President Altay said, “I hope we will build the Turkish Century together with our youth. The teams participating from our Konya continue on their way every year at TEKNOFEST, the world's largest science and technology festival. This year, our Konya teams made us proud with the 24 trophies they won. We are also very happy that 24 of these 11 trophies came only from our CAPSULE Technology Platform. I congratulate all our young people, who are the pride of our Konya, and wish them continued success.”
TEKNOFEST 2023 witnessed great enthusiasm at Istanbul Atatürk Airport between April 27 and May 1. The KAPSÜL Technology Platform, which was established in 2021 to contribute to the National Technology Move within the Konya Metropolitan Municipality, continues to make a name for itself at TEKNOFEST with the projects it has developed in this short period of time.

The awards received are as follows: “Selçuk Kapsül Hyperloop Team 1st Prize in the Hyperloop Development Competition, Kapsül MSR AHHL in the Pardus 21 Defect Catch and Suggestion Competition. 1st Prize, KTÜN Kapsül Yazgit Barbarov Team 2nd Prize in the Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition, Kapsül Ekşi Team 21nd Prize in Pardus 2 Fault Catching and Suggestion Competition, Karatay Kapsül Otonom competing in the Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle final and Electric Horse Team 3rd Prize in Acceleration Competition, NEÜ Kapsül Alaca Team International UAV Competition Performance Award, Starboard Team International UAV Competition Performance Award, KTÜN Capsule Awareness Team 3rd Prize in Environment and Energy Technologies Competition, Pre-Incubation Program HARSAT Entrepreneurs, TUBITAK 2242 Research Project Competitions, 3rd Prize in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Category, to the Entrepreneurial KIDOSE Team; The Award for Participation in the “Pre-Incubation Program” with a grant of 3 thousand TL within the scope of the T150 Initiative Program, the Best Presentation Award for the KTÜN Capsule Awareness Team in the Environment and Energy Technologies Competition.”
