79 kilograms of skunk drugs were seized in the operation carried out by the Ministry of Commerce Customs Enforcement teams against a vehicle that came to the Ipsala Customs Gate.

According to the statement made by the Ministry, a car that came to the Ipsala Customs Gate to enter Turkey by the Customs Enforcement teams of the Ministry of Commerce was found suspicious within the scope of risk analysis and was sent to the x-ray scanning system. Upon detection of suspicious densities in various parts of the vehicle in the X-ray scan, the vehicle was taken to the search hangar. Upon the reaction of the detector dog in the search hangar, a detailed search of the vehicle's front and rear floors and the cache in the trunk pool were revealed. A large number of packages hidden in the stash were removed and samples were taken from the packages. As a result of the preliminary analysis of the samples with the drug test kit, it was determined that they were skunk drugs. As a result of the census, a total of 79 kilograms of skunk drugs were seized.

The investigation into the incident continues before the İpsala Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
