WE ARE LOSSING A LOT BY MISSING THE REAL ISSUES

Stating that he met with young people during his Van and Batman visits yesterday, İmamoğlu said, “Van and Batman are cities with a very high young population. The average age in Turkey is 33. For example, the average age of Urfa is 19, do you know? Such a large population does not exist anywhere else in the world. So what can we give to those young people, how do we carry them to the future? Can we raise such great blessings and such a powerful human resource in a way that it deserves? Can we prepare for the future? We lack so much. He is losing a lot to our country by missing the real issues, stuffing the issue into current, meaningless issues and suffocating it.”

IT IS OUR JOB TO SOLVE THE BASIC PROBLEM

Saying "Seeing young people gives me life," İmamoğlu continued:

“You will say that you are talking about hope. Maybe there are some among you who ask, 'You say so, but are we that hopeful?' Some statistics say so. Even if I don't do my job, I know that there are young people who say 'I would prefer to go to some countries where I know I will live in better conditions'. This comes out at serious rates in our research. So sad. But it's our job to solve this fundamental problem. Your presence is already a fundamental blessing. So in some countries of the world, there is no hope for such a mass, even if you want it. Our priority is to increase your happiness and hope. You can see how this can be done in Istanbul since the first day we took office. Whether they are university or high school students or recent graduates. Or we have young people who have established a bond with us towards our dormitories. We have organized events, meetings and projects with all of them at a very important level and content.

BECOME A PEOPLE OF THE WORLD

Sharing information about the Youth Education Support, Istanbul is Your Internship, student dormitories, and new generation libraries, the number of which has reached 60, which was initiated during his term of office, İmamoğlu explained that they have found employment in the private sector for more than 105 thousand Istanbulites through the Regional Employment Offices. Stating that he wanted the participants who completed the Young Talent Program to catch up with the era, İmamoğlu said, “People who have a high sense of empathy, are sensitive, work hard, focus on development, follow the world, have a multi-faceted view, produce innovative ideas, are democratic, do not discriminate, and can view all people with the same eye. you have been This is worthy of the humanity of this country. We are in an enormous geography where the first civilizations of the world were established in these lands. The fact that our young people are stepping into business life with such a 360-degree vision and being prepared with these feelings would transform them into strong talented leaders not only in this country, but also in the world scale.

THE WORLD IS CHANGING

Emphasizing that he has changed and reshaped the world, İmamoğlu continued his speech with the following sentences:

“The next 25 years are very important for future generations. When I look at some current issues today, the mind that drags people down, humiliates, and pulls them over their personal values should not be on our agenda anymore. Our agenda should be healthy living, social unity, ensuring that world-class services are connected to our country in the best way, and enabling people to implement their own personal development in a powerful way. We have a great responsibility for the existence of such an environment, but believe me, you precious young people have more responsibility. We are people capable of getting through this.”

STRENGTHENING MY HOPE…

“Atatürk has a good saying; 'There are no hopeless situations. There are hopeless people. I have never lost hope.' This is how I can describe myself, and as a person who never lost hope, I looked to the future with hope. Maybe it is the beautiful people of this country, especially the dear young people, who reinforce my hope in this sense and keep it alive. Please be sensitive to the process, do not miss the process. I strongly believe that he is an adult, virtuous, and has a high sense of justice, watching the process carefully, without prejudice -which I attach great importance to the unprejudiced gaze of young people and their search for justice. It is incredibly important.”

“WE WILL SUCCESS IT AGAIN”

“When we meet with you again, I really want to be a manager who is not embarrassed by the pride of success and especially to you, dear young people of this country. In the presence of all of us, I promise to the young people that I will struggle to prepare and hand over a process in which young executive cadres are more effective to our young society. Keep your hopes high. Reflect on each other. Reflect your positive feelings, good feelings, fair feelings to each other. Take your energy wherever you go; your family, your home, every environment… We will overcome the problems. This society has given tests against great difficulties from time to time. And he overcame. We will do this again. We have no worries. I wish you all success. It will be a very valuable environment, I hope everything will be very good.”
