Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay attended the opening of Gölcük Recreation Area and Mountain Restaurant, which they brought to Doğanhisar, and visited AK Party and MHP District Organizations and tradesmen. Mayor Altay stated that they are making great efforts to fill the deficiencies of the districts with the New Metropolitan Law and said, “We have provided very important services to our Doğanhisar so far, and we will continue to do so from now on. I hope our facility will be good.” AK Party Konya Deputy Tahir Akyürek said, "As a staff, we are a team that puts stone on top of stone, produces work after work, produces service, not words." AK Party Konya Deputy Selman Özboyacı said, “We are running for bigger investments to come to Doğanhisar in order to represent you properly.”
Speaking at the opening, Doğanhisar Mayor Süleyman Pekmez thanked Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay for his support and services.
Doğanhisar District Governor İslam Timur thanked everyone who contributed, wishing that it was a very good achievement for Doğanhisar and that such facilities would increase in the district.

Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that they are making great efforts to fill the deficiencies of the districts with the New Metropolitan Law and gave some good news to Doğanhisar. Chairman Altay continued: “First, the expropriation of the market place has just been completed. The project needs some time. We ordered it today too. I hope we will do the projects quickly. We are trying to reach the end of the year. If we can lay the foundation before the election, we will have fulfilled one more promise. We did not have a project promise about the square, but we want to organize the squares in our districts after the prestige street so that the visibility of a transformation in our districts will increase with the Metropolitan Law. We hope to start the process as soon as possible. We hope to complete it by the end of the year. All the works of the fire department are complete. We hope to start it as soon as possible. We have provided very important services to our Doğanhisar so far, and we will continue to do so in the future.”
Emphasizing once again that they have three basic goals with the Metropolitan Law, Mayor Altay said, “First, the districts with completed infrastructure. For this, our KOSKİ and Science Works are working very intensively. Counties where social life rises. We serve with our KOMEKs, especially in our city mansion. Increasing the production of our citizens engaged in agricultural and animal production. Regarding this, our support, sapling, seedling support, seed support and farmer training will continue uninterruptedly," he said.

Noting that Doğanhisar has always given them very high support and that he believes that this support will continue to increase in the upcoming elections, President Altay said, “I hope we will re-elect our President as President with a record number of votes. As the People's Alliance, we will have the representation of our nation in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey with a great majority. We have full faith in this. I wish our facility to be beneficial”, he finished his speech.
