The indoor market area and service building, which Bursa Metropolitan Municipality brought to Yenişehir, including a parking lot for 154 vehicles, a wedding hall, baby care room, foyer area and shop, was put into service with a ceremony.

Similar to the indoor market area and parking lot projects brought to Kestel and Gürsu districts, the same was implemented in Yenişehir district. Built on a total area of 7 square meters in Çayır District, the project has a market area of 400 stalls, a police station and a shop on the ground floor of 6 square meters. The ground floor will also serve the people of the district as a parking lot with a capacity of 200 vehicles. On the first floor of the project, there is a wedding hall and administrative units. The project, which was designed to gather the neighborhood markets spread over different streets of the district under one roof and to make them more organized, modern and auditable, was put into service with a ceremony attended by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank.

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş stated that the duty of making market places normally belongs to the district municipalities and wished that the closed market place they built as a Metropolitan would be beneficial for Yenişehir. Underlining that as the municipalities of the Commonwealth of Nations, they are in trouble of putting stones on top of each other, Mayor Aktaş said, “We are excited to produce something in this city. However, those who do not have a planted tree or do anything for the city are trying to create a perception by lying, slandering and unfortunately ignoring what has been done for so many years. But this noble nation is aware of everything that has been done.” said.

We are concerned with producing

Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank also reminded that the closed market area that the Metropolitan Municipality brought to the district will meet an important need. Reminding that they held the third opening ceremony today with the Yenişehir market area, Minister Varank said, “We will not stop, we have programs from now on. We will continue our openings at full speed until May 4th. Do you know why? Because, for 21 years, we are a political movement that has been concerned about laying one stone on another in this country and bringing our citizens together with the services and investments they deserve. We are trying to serve each of our cities, each of our districts with openings like this. We will continue on this path with your support, your contribution, your discretion, and Allah's leave.” he said.

MHP Bursa Deputy Candidate Fevzi Zırhlıoğlu, who took the floor at the ceremony, reminded that Yenişehir Municipality is the only municipality with the Nationalist Movement Party among the municipalities of the People's Alliance in Bursa, and said, “Our President has completed 16 of the 15 basic projects that he has committed in his election manifesto and put them into service for the people of Yenişehir today. Hopefully, he will have the opportunity to realize all the projects he has committed until the end of his term of office," he said.

With the cutting of the ribbon after their speeches, the covered market area, which has been serving the people of the district for about a month, was officially put into service.
