Ankara Metropolitan Municipality organized an event specially for the 30 March International Zero Waste Day for the earthquake survivors staying in Kesikköprü Campus. While training was given to the participants in order to raise awareness about zero waste, the children had a fun day with the waste collection race, cartoon and theater screenings.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which organizes various activities for the citizens and children affected by the earthquake, continues its efforts to raise awareness about the environment and zero waste.

The Department of Urban Aesthetics, Waste Coordination Branch, organized a colorful and entertaining event on 30 March International Zero Waste Day for the earthquake-affected families hosted by ABB in Kesikköprü Campus.

OBJECTIVE: RAISING AWARENESS ON ZERO WASTE

Waste Coordination Branch Directorate increased both the awareness of zero waste and the morale motivation of earthquake survivors and their families in the event organized on the occasion of March 30 International Zero Waste Day.

In the program attended by women and children, zero waste training was given to the participants by expert trainers, while the children had fun with activities such as theater, cartoon screenings and a waste collection race prepared for them.
