5 truckloads of 100 tons of fertilizer, which BelPlas AŞ, one of the affiliates of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, set out before the holiday, will be delivered to the farmers in the region under the coordination of the Rural Services Department. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its support to Kahramanmaraş, where the 6 February Earthquake took place.
The Metropolitan Municipality, which provides support in many areas from infrastructure works to hot food distribution, from spraying living areas to psychological support in Kahramanmaraş, now sends liquid fertilizer to the region for earthquake-affected farmers.
100 tons of liquid fertilizer will be distributed to farmers
BelPlas AŞ, one of the subsidiaries of ABB, set off 5 truckloads of liquid fertilizer to deliver to the farmers of Kahramanmaraş before the holiday. About 5 tons of liquid fertilizer, which set out with 100 trucks in order to be the lifeline for the farmers before the holiday, will be delivered to the farmers under the coordination of the Rural Services Department.
BelPlas AŞ Deputy General Manager Ali Tokmak said, “Our liquid fertilizers produced by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality BelPlas AŞ are on their way to be delivered to our farmers affected by the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş. About 5 tons of fertilizer as 100 trucks will be made under the coordination of our Rural Services Department, so that it will be there during the holiday,” he said.
