Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration General Directorate (ASAT) teams, which have been working to activate Hatay's water network since the first days of the earthquake disaster, will eliminate all problems until Friday. Most of the city was flooded.
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration General Directorate (ASAT) teams are working to bring the mains water to Hatay, which has collapsed since the first day of the earthquake, to repair the main pipes passing over the fault lines. ASAT, which started to supply clean water from the wells in the neighborhoods, which activated 7 water production facilities and 1 drinking water treatment plant belonging to Hatsu General Directorate of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality with machinery, equipment and technical support, started to supply water to a tent city.
They Work 24 Hours
ASAT teams, who frequently cut the water and make repairs by breaking the main pipes passing over the fault lines, are trying to solve all the problems day and night in a different geography, even though they do not know the region. While it is aimed to completely solve the problems on the main lines by Friday, ASAT water pumps carry clean water to the citizens in the neighborhoods where water cannot be transmitted for 24 hours.
