Edirne's İpsala Municipality sent a truck relief material to the earthquake area and a 10-person aid team consisting of municipal employees, while also sending hundreds of shroud cloths.
İpsala Mayor Abdullah Naci Ünsal stated that they determined that there was a need for shroud cloth in the news coming from the earthquake region and that they sent the shroud cloths they prepared together with the aid materials.
Reminding that they sent a volunteer technical team of 10 people along with the aid truck, Ünsal continued as follows:
“The day is the day to share, to mobilize all our resources for our earthquake victims. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the people of Ipsala for their unwavering support during this process. God bless you.”
